1. HR Management:
Overseeing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Implementing HR best practices and driving employee engagement initiatives.
2. Industrial Relations (IR):
Managing and maintaining positive relations with labor unions.
Negotiating and settling longterm union wages agreements.
Handling labor union grievances and disputes effectively.

3. General Administration:
Supervising the day to day administrative functions, including facilities management, Plant office operations, and procurement.
Ensuring efficient use of resources and maintaining a safe and conducive work environment.

4. Compliance:
Ensuring legal compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
Advising the management on HR, IR, and General Administration strategies and policies.

5. Communication:
Facilitating effective communication between management and the workforce.
Representing the company in discussions with labor unions and government authorities.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
A minimum of 18 years of experience in HR, IR, and General Administration roles, with a proven track record in handling longterm union wages settlements and labor union issues.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, HR best practices, and general administration procedures.

Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and administrative skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
