This position is responsible for supervising scheduling team for tracking and recording the
current location of aircraft and crews, determining aircraft availability, maintaining optimum daily
trip schedules for customer aircraft utilizing available crew resources with the objective of
optimum resource utilization within the limit of flight scheduling plan, company and Civil
Aviation’s regulations.

Responsibilities and Duties
Ensuring compliance with all safety, security & quality requirements
Daily coordination with Maintenance of Aircraft Status;
Issue of crew monthly roster through company system;
Coordinate aircraft schedules with shift manager, allocates qualified flight crew;
Coordinate aircraft schedules and site visits;
Process and complete reserve assignments and notifications for current and following day track, schedule, and notify shift supervisor and crew members of crew roster changes;
Handle crew members’ absentees; complete the necessary schedule adjustments and provide reserve coverage, as needed;
Ensure that all Flight Crew are carefully managed in respect of duty hours; decide and evaluate through careful judgment of duty time, the best assignation of flight crew;
Monitor flight schedule changes and notifies flight crew.
Assist shift supervisor in crew-related decisions;
Coordinate with Flight Operations sections;
Keep and maintain up-to-date documents of Crew with Company system; licenses, medical, passport, applicable Crew VISA, Crew Member Certificates;
Print and send crew monthly flight duty reports;
Coordinate with Head of Training for training purposes;
Assign crew and aircraft for training flights as per the requirement.
Coordinate with other departments and external agencies as required;
Keeps track of crew members’ absentees and notify shift supervisor;
Create and maintain monthly flight reports;
Administer schedule changes due operational requirements for the current published rosters and revise crew patterns accordingly.

Software skills required
AIMS Certification and bachelor’s degree in relevant filed.

Minimum six (6) years of Scheduling & Planning Experience and at least 3 years in
Helicopter Scheduling & Planning and 2 years in similar role. AIMS (operations
system) experience is a must.
Fluent in English Language communication
