• Work with operations excellence team and forecast projects volumes for the year
• Prepare yearly, Quarterly, and monthly production plans.
• Track daily job progress
• Ensure uniform job loading in cells.
• Work with procurement to plan material requirement for production
• Update jobs progress and status in ERP
• Monitor and update OTD of jobs
• Daily issue & production achieved discussion in production review meetings
• Monitor incoming inspection of components.
• Responsible for update and drive production KRA – OTD, utlisation and man hours
• Provided needed inputs for Inventory ROL.
• Prepare load chart for each cell.
