Asst. Manager – Sub Section Head – Analytical Lab

Key Responsibilities:

1. Gravimetric analysis of precious metals (Pt, Pd, Rh, Ir, Ru, Au, Ag) in samples,
2. Analysis using Instrumental Techniques like ICP-OES, XRF, Spark-OES, UV, FTIR, HPLC, AAS
3. Record and Report Management
4. Following best practices in laboratory as per the directional support from Senior Staff.
5. Delivering and maintaining high quality and accurate results during handling and analyzing samples
6. Meet and/or exceed the Analytical Objectives and Goals
7. Execution of Calibration plan of critical equipment and maintaining records
8. Implementing Health and Safety Guidelines
9. Working as Technical manager for NABL(ISO 17025) /BIS / LBMA / LPPM compliances
10. Fire Assay testing process with using different fluxes

Key authorities:

• Method Development & Validation
• Working on ICP-OES, XRF, Spark-OES, UV, FTIR, HPLC, AAS, Particle Size Analyzer
• Analytical Troubleshooting
• Internal Calibration of Lab Instruments
• Implementing testing Plan for daily samples
