Auditor – Travel and Expense Team

Job Summary
The Auditor is responsible to perform monthly Audits allocated to Him/her basis the compliance policies,
report out the non-compliances and complete the operational activities as per the defined timelines

Major tasks and responsibilities
Complete the Assigned audits within the timeline and report out the non-compliances to the stakeholders
Ensure that i-docs / Accruals / Report generation are completed as per the timelines defined
Monitor/Clear E-vendor open items and respond to the queries from the region that has been assigned to
To demonstrate Problem Solving Skills while addressing critical issues within the process
Respond to the queries within the TAT agreed
To have an eye for details in identifying gaps in compliance and process
Support org wide initiatives with active participations
Work on the QC feedback highlighted by the Sr Auditor/SME/Lead

Qualifications (Education, skills, experiences and personal characteristics necessary for success)
– B. Com/MBA Finance or any Accounting Degree
– Attention to details
– Good Knowledge of MS Office- Excel and Power point
– Should be good in accounting
– Knowledge of any Foreign Language would be an added advantage
– Effective verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
