Business Development Manager – Ecommerce Partnership

As the business development manager, you are expected to :
1. Leverage your existing relationships in the e-commerce/ fintech/ financial system to curate a list of key decision makers and initiate partnership engagements using a structured and time-bound funneling process.
2. monitor the competitive landscape and provide continuous feedback to the product team about the same
3. Identify uses -case for the product framework which would generate mutually beneficial sales opportunities for the company and its sales partners.
4. Assist the business head in negotiating and finalizing commercial relationship with these partners including the on-boarding techno-operational road map, incentive structures and marketing objectives.
5. Own the partner onboarding and integration plan and ensure that the same happen as percommitted time-lines.
6. Managing these partner ships including any operational escalation and work with internal stakeholders to resolve any recurring customer issues on a timely manner.
7. Execute a sales promotion plan to create product awareness and increase brand visibility on a push basis by sourcing or organizing opportunities and events such as webinars and retail investor forums including co-branding opportunities with channel partners.
8. Work with a detailed ad agency and the technology team to curate the platforms for better search engine optimization, user experience and targeting based on feedback from the partners and direct customers.

KEY SKILL SETS AND AREAS OF EXPERIENCE
Functional exposure to e-commerce with the ability to grasps the nuances of a partner’s product
offering and curate differentiated strategies for the partner originated customers within the
constraints of the eBullion framework.
Strong multi-channel Do-it-your self retain investment/ ecommerce industry engagement skills
Strong program management skills.
Exceptional written and verbal skills, a multi-lingual candidate would be an advantage
Strong analytical skills including digital marketing analytics.
Rapid prototyping and mobile/web wireframing experience preferred.
