Job description

Human Resources:
Competency Mapping and Skill Matrix Employee Engagement event – Dussehra, Day outings, Anniversary celebrations, Audit, ISO Audits, certification Audits etc.

Administration:
Oversee Canteen management, Employee Transportation, Security, Housekeeping of factory location spread over 6 acres. Oversee office management activities: Gardening, stationary, courier, telephone, coordination with landowner, asset management, AMC, provisions, vendor invoice and payment etc. Mediclaim and Annual Health Checkup. Gensuite closure of concerns within TAT Work closely with EHS teams on various projects.

Compliance:
Factory Compliance. Maintain Statutory Registers and Returns. Liasoning with government authority. Review agreements and extension from time to time. Handling PF related queries. PF/ESIC compliances. Track Over time and work closely with Production teams and ensure its compliance as per statutory limit. Compliances tracking through Gensuite portal.

Industrial Relations:
Maintain discipline on the shop floor. Resolving employee queries. Establish shop floor connect and grievance redressal Show cause and Inquiry process
But not limited to the above only.

Desired profile of the candidate
Graduate with Masters in Industrial Relations. Minimum 8 years of experience in IR, Compliance and Administration. Good connect with Statutory Authorities. Possess adequate Legal and Compliance knowledge Excellent English verbal and written communication, Should be conversant with Telugu. Capable of handling multi-tasking. Good Interpersonal skills. Should be able to work with other team members at factory Good understanding of working with Shop Floor employees.
