• Contract Management to drive on time supplies to customers
• Customer communication and on time responses
• Drive Receivables to ensure realization of payments on time
• Deep engagement with customers to understand issues and drive to provide solutions
taking support for extended Teams in head quarters.
• Interact with cross functional team – Sales, services, finance etc-in head quarters and
other regions
• Invoicing and raising of commercial documentation so as to support head quarters
• Attend various customer meetings
• Attend conference calls as required
Desired profile of the candidate
• B.E/B.Tech-Mechanical
• 5-9 years of relative experience
• Knowledge on ERP and data management
• Understanding of PO terms & contract terms
• Conversant with commercial documentation, Invoice, LC, bank guarantees ets
• Knowledge of gas turbine and spare parts is preferred.
• Significant travel to sites is expected.
