Essential Functions (Responsibilities)
• Responsible for facility maintenance and Operations.
• Coordinating with cross functional teams in support of plant output round the clock.
• Plan for spares and organize the things as per the requirement.
• Regular Maintenance of the machinery like preventive maintenance, periodic maintenance as well as break down maintenance.
• Performing Root cause analysis for break downs and drive Corrective and preventive action implementation
• Lead, motivate and guide M&S teams on day to day activities
• Maintaining and updating of Maintenance records, calibration records, Operation and maintenance manuals, History cards etc.
• Operation and Maintenance of Vacuum Furnace
• PLC related trouble shooting and Robotic Coating maintenance experience
• Execution of Daily maintenance, preventive maintenance, periodical maintenance to all the equipment based on the classification of equipment.
• Control and Maintenance of utilities like DG sets, Compressors and related auxiliaries and Effluent Treatment plants.
• Immediate action for Breakdown maintenance for all the equipment
• Supporting to maintain the documentation of ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001 & ISO 9001.
Qualifications/ Requirements
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 33kv/11kv Supervisors license with 5 to 6 years of
experience in maintenance and services.
• Good working knowledge on ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001 & ISO 9001
• Strong technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools and systems.
• Ability to work autonomously, take lead in development of solutions, under pressure and with tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• Ability to proactively identify and resolve technical issues.
• Willing to work off hours and weekends to support emergency issue resolution.
• Experience in manufacturing industries.
