HR Executive

JOB SCOPE:
This role specifically focuses on various human resources functions including, recruitment and selection,
administration, labor legislation, reward and recognition .

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Interact with the hiring managers for open positions
Collect job descriptions department wise;
Source right candidates from job portals, vendors and references
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Partner with recruiters to source candidates and update our database
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support required to manage at the site
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment,
training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
Communicate with public services when necessary
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors or Masters in Human Resources Management or proven work experience of 4-5 years in HR
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience with full-cycle recruiting
Basic knowledge of labor law (like employment contracts, Contractual labor act, leaves and Separation
processes)
