Manage Enterprise IT, On-premise hosted ERP MS Dynamics D365, Finance & Operations Functional, Technical, Team, CRM, Technology and Engage with C-Suite Executives as a Business Partner in alignment with business strategy, promoter established secure IT policies, norms, and practices.
Overall accountability for IT Infrastructure and Enterprise applications.
Integration of ERP Microsoft Dynamics F&O with D365 CRM and third-party applications using JSON (REST, SOAP Interfaces), Develop Reports
using SSRS, Develop Reports using SSRS, Power BI and Basic of IT-OTcNetwork segment.
Frame, Revise and Implement IT policies, Standards, and Procedures for governance of IT in line with business data protection standards, promoters’ IT policies and General IT control and IFC requirements.
Administer IT services and enterprise applications seamlessly over a hybrid network scenario comprising of on-prem hosted ERP and business applications delivered to end users across GE managed network/domains.
Ensure compliance with GE Network policies and guidelines.
Knowledge of virtualization platforms, VMWARE V SPhere, V Center, Hyper V, Storage Systems (SAN, NAS), Databases (SQL Server 2016), Data warehousing, Azure DEVOPS, Cloud platforms and Networking.
Exposure in Visual Studio, TFS, Net Development Experience (C#) is a minimal requirement in the absence of X++ skillset, Exposure in programming with X++, Knowledge in SSRS, HTML, CSS, SQL, Java script preferred.
Envisage IT Strategy for the business and set IT goals and objectives in line with annual operating plan, business strategy and key business requirements.
Manage a team of IT resources, Team goals and Objectives.
