Facilitate Business Excellence Culture at Mfg. Plants and SCM Domain by:
Facilitating TQM and Excellence Methodologies across all processes & functions of Mfg. Plant, ensure sustenance as well as improve maturity of Excellence thru Mahindra Excellence Model, TMW, TQM Way of Working .
Facilitate Mfg. Plants to strengthen the Manufacturing Excellence Practices through Implementation of Lean, TPM & also aspects of Industry 4.O
Facilitate Plant in achieving higher Systems maturity through implementation of IMS (QMS, EMS & HSE) related International Standards. Ensure adherence to standards through ongoing facilitation.
Continuous interaction with the Senior Management Team of Plant, Facilitate in Proactively identifying & resolving Challenges as well as opportunities in maintaining quality standards and compliance as per System & Processes established at the plant
Six Sigma Black / Green Belt Certification, understanding of hopper approach to identify the Improvements (Kaizen) opportunities & address those opportunities through Black Belt (BB), Green Belt (GB), Yellow Belt (YB) Initiative and Data Analytics Initiatives.
Conducting various internal trainings on TPM, Lean, DOE, AFSEM, Quality Core Tools.
Liaison with external agencies & Consultants as per Business need.
Experience: 10 – 15 yrs.
Industry: Automobile, Auto Ancillary, Tractor Manufacturing
Qualification B E (Mech. Or Prodn), MBA – Optional
