Responsible for achieving the sales volume of packed milk pouch and value added products.
Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
Increase sales through adding new distributors, retail outlet (class A & B retailer) & alternate channel – HORECA and Modern Trade.
Identify and penetrate new market segments, Support & partner in rolling out the new initiatives of the business to increase the sales.
Liaison with Manufacturing, Marketing and Finance to set sales goals and budgets to meet and exceed Sales revenue and profitability targets.
Implement strategies on product positioning, new market development, channel segmentation, sales mix and pack sizes in order to augment business .
Responsible for monitoring appropriate market coverage and controlling the distribution cost by proper retailers and route mapping.
Understands and responds effectively to needs / queries of customers/retailers and meets them regularly for a feedback.
Execution of BTL activities, sales promotion and market expansion strategy.
Marketing/promotion activities on ground and in modern retail format as well
Responsible to collect and gather information about competition activity (pertaining to product, pricing, new launches, publicity and promotion plan), organizational representation in the market as well as new trends in the market.
Keeps abreast of market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent and technical service areas, literature and consulting with marketing
Responsible for Creating a Team of good Sales Executive/PSM, Promotes who can help achieve results by way of planning, tracking and monitoring there performance.
Create enabling conditions for his/her team to be output driven and work with enthusiasm
12-14 Year overall experience: min 8 years in Sales and Distribution in dairy industry
