Sr. Manager Sales / DGM (Catalyst & Chemicals)

Part of growth and profitability of “Catalyst & Chemicals” Business Unit.
Analyzing and reviewing the market response / requirements and communicating the same to the sales teams for accomplishment of the business goals.
Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and achieving market share metrics.
Identifying and developing new product and new business development opportunities.
Implementing pre/post launch sales promotional activities for brand building & market development.
Network with customers and vendors actively & participate in professional forums.
Deliver business results along the financial, customer, capability and process objectives delineated for the business. Active participation in important negotiations with customers and business partners.
Responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company’s business plan.
Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s customer base.
Responsible for Pricing Strategy (Structure, Fixing, and Negotiation), commercial discussion and monitoring the competitor market share.
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

Team building and team collaboration.
Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
Identify opportunities and weaknesses within territories and make proposals to create value and
increase operational efficiency.
Responsible for periodic MIS & QMS implementation analysis.
Representing company in multiple product promotional Exhibitions that will be held in India and globally and
participate in the buyer‐seller meet, where delegates from various countries take part.
